Immobile

We can all be guilty at times of paying a little too much attention to our mobile phones - waiting for that text, sending that email, checking how many people 'like' that status or 'favourited' that tweet.
When you're on your own it's of course not quite so bad, but when you are in the company of friends or family, at a party, at a concert, or taking in the sights of a new destination, tapping away on your phone can lead to half-heard conversations or missed opportunities, not to mention the fact that it can be seen as just plain rude.
The same could be said of photography, though the two have become inextricably linked. Particularly when travelling or on holiday (and actually, when eating too) I think it is important not to get too caught up in capturing the perfect shot and instead focus, relaxingly, on the experience itself.
This surprisingly poignant video shows how we should all try to "enjoy the moment" more, at least for a little while; perhaps while recharging our phones...
